The light-flooded building provides a wide range of possibilities for conferences, conventions, workshops, exhibitions and cultural events. The large hall seats 990 people in rows and around 400 people in parliamentary seating. A further six rooms provide conference space for 10 to 275 guests.

Despite its location in the old town, there are no parking concerns. An underground car park connected with the Stadthalle offers 450 parking spaces.
